Memento: Mourning for the Future

Mourning for the Future- A conceptual commemorative space which faces a major issue of the future- lack of burial space throughout the entire planet. Memento is a 3 story building situated in the Momumentale Cemetery in Milano. The particular cylindrical design with an underground entrance represents the metaphor for the process of life. This project was devised in a group during the first year course of the "Design Fundamentals Studio."
